How much PSI with Stock Internals on 91 Octane Gas??

I want to know how much PSI on 91 pump gas.
My car is a daily driver so I really don't use any race gas.

7-8 MAX.....that 91 octane has so many additives it's nasty. I use to live in Cali and blew my first motor up running simply 10psi on that crap. Although now I get true 93, sometimes 100 with zero additives and NO smog restrictions!!! Ah ain't life grand!!!

im running about 6 psi on 93 octane. i really wouldnt go below 93.... i plan to give my car a special treat of 100 octane about once a month.....she will love that!

but back to your question, i wouldnt run higher than 7psi on stock internals non intercooled with 93 octane, and i wouldnt run higher than 10psi on stock internals with an intercooler.

btw, i daily drive my car too, so driveability and reliability are essential

I wouldn't boost higher than 10 (thats pushing it also) with stock pistons and that's a stage II kit. I wouldn't go higher than 6 non intercooled that thing gets so hot.

Does anyone have the exact specs on the HP ratings for the internals in our cars?

I remember they were along the lines of 275 for the pistons and 300 for the rods. Anyone?

that's pushing it a ton!!! I dyno'd 247whp and 239lb-tq but that was when i was running PERFECT! That dosen't usually happen all that often! ANyways, 5psi on stage 1 and 9-10psi stage 2! No more, and for sure no less!

How about using 91 octane with forged internals (crower rods, je pistons, etc). I live in el paso and 93 octane is virtually non-existant. Thanks
