So I, like an idiot, assumed that the shop that finished my turbo actually checked all the parts over like they said they did. How wrong I was. I had noticed my boost wasn't coming as easy and was killing myself trying to find out where the problem was. Little did I know, the bolt on the left side of the wastegate was never tightened and was slowly coming out and when it fell out completely I was finally enlightened to the situation at hand. I got a new bolt, put it in and torqued EVERYTHING down nice and tight so as to not lose any more bolts (that one put the count up to 3) and my car's back to normal boosting. In addition my vacuum gauge now reads 16 vacuum at idle instead of 14 (soon as I get my missing link it should read the norm 17-22 vacuum since there won't be any misfiring in my cylinders)
Cliff notes for the lazy people: had boost trouble turned out to be my wastegate wasn't tightened down.
Keep this in mind all of you who do the turbo yourself or have a shope do it - DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING haha
