Delta Wastegate

Anyone have any problems with the wastegate that came with their Star Turbo Kit? Mine suddenly seems to be allowing an excessive amount of exhaust gas out causing the turbo to not even really spool until about 4500RPMs (comparative to the 3600-3900 spool time I had before). I've checked all my silicon couplings and actually fixed a few spots where boost was escaping out before but for some reason it just does not seem to want to function right anymore. Any thoughts on this before I shell out $300 to have a shop do a comprehensive check on this?

Yes, there is an O-ring on the wastegate accuator shaft that comes loose sometimes, i used a screw driver to push it back into place then greased the accuator shaft (used a good amout oof grease, don't want that problem again) and that fixed it perfectly....try that!
