To turbo, but how?

Okay guys.. I've been researching different parts and things to modify my '94 Talon 1.8 SOHC. I'm a teenager on a budget and just getting into the world of DSM/Tuner cars and this is my start. So I was wondering what the biggest bang for your buck kind of things are, and if anyone has a recommendation for a Turbo for my engine I'd really appreciate it.
