aem FIC is anybody using it?

I am not aware of any 2gnt using the AEM FIC, but I would expect it would function exactly as expected. Consider that for the price of a new FIC, you could buy MegaSquirt.
 
running it... only real problem it leave u with an injector code. when u 1st start tuning with it u mite get a bad studder around 3 grand, but u can tune it out. I ran 25psi of boost on it. only thing was it had a check eng light on for the injectors.

i am not worried about a check engine light its already on and my car in a 95. in the sate of NY you can have all the cods you want if its older then a 95.
 
If the FIC is installed and tuned properly you will not have a check engine light. You can also slap the stock injectors in and plug in the provided loop harness for emissions testing. No reason you shouldn't pass on a good fic tune anyway.

do you know how big you can go on the injectors? just wondering because i know on a big back system such as the SAFC you can only go 550cc
 
when i bought my car which is a fully built and boosted 420a running the FIC without any codes

Despite what's being said above, there has never been a 2g 420a with the AEM FIC that has NOT had an injector CEL. This is something only AEM can fix with a hardware update.

You need to use the 30-1913 F/IC-6, not the 30-1910 F/IC for this car (and all Chrysler based vehicles/engines). The 1913 has additional hardware to induce a load and create a flyback signal on the factory ECU's injector driver circuit to prevent an injector related CEL.

It says that that is specifically made for the SRT4's. Is that correct?
