I made this Excel spreadsheet when I was doing a lot of research to figure out which turbo I needed to meet my goals. All the formulas are from Garretts Turbo Tech website, I just made it easy to type in all the variables to get the corrected air flow and Pressure Ratio needed for a Compressor map.
Horsepower Turbo Worksheet
I did graph the results for my current setup on a GT3076R Compressor map, but you can unprotect the sheet and add your own picture to the graph or just use the info and plot it by eyeballing it!
I am a Chrysler tech and have access to all the wiring diagrams for an Eagle Talon. I took all the wiring diagrams for a 1997 and compiled them into one PDF with a lot of labels to help find the circuit you need:
