Man I need HELP!! My car Is stalling out all the time now....if I go up a hill or try to get on the gas it just dies. It just Fades out and quietly stops running like the fuel pump shuts off. Is my Fuel Filter clogged? I hear some people on here say they never get clogged. Are my injectors bad? could it be my ECU going bad? The car Is also making this funny popping sound at around 2000rpm free rev and it is lean the whole time i'm reving it at 2k. if you click the link there is a sound clip of the car reving aroung 2k and popping.

I already changed the plugs, wires, coil, fuel pump,

Should I change the filter and rewire the fuel pump?

I messaged you on 2gnt I think yesterday, but after listening to the video it sounds like it is misfiring. You should still change the filter imo but I am leaning away from it now. Idk; if you have already changed everything in the ign, never hurts to recheck the wires, coil pack and a proper gap on the plugs. Try putting some of the electirc connection stuff(its like a grease/gel) you can buy from autozone etc., where the harness plugs to the coil pack, and then some boot sealer in the wires.

IMO=In my opinion

My car had a similar problem like you are stating after I went turbo. Turns out my EGR was messed up. I just unplugged the vacuum line going to it and blocked off the ports and it ran perfect. Still running it this way and no CEL's.

Well My EGR solinoid was melted a little and I just disconnected it. But then I hooked it back up cause I hate having CEL's. And Now I amazingly have NO CEL's but the cars mysteriously stalls out when ever it wants.
Do you think the EGR valve would make it stall out?
Or are you thinking thats why it could be doing the popping/misfire sound in the Video clip?
Last time I drove the car I couldn't get it in my apartment building, cause its up a steep hill. It kept stalling out on the hill so I rolled it back down the hill started it up and turned it around. I went right up the hill in reverse like it was fine, NO fuel cut or stalling??? What the hell would it do that for? Could that be bad injectors? I know its NOT the fuel pump cause I have a bRand new walbro. And I tried the stocker just in case and It did the same thing.
Could this all be from a blocked up fuel filter? The car is a 1999 and I changed it in 2001 already. I doubt its pluged unless I got Sabatoged haha.

First, never assume anything. 4 things can cause this problem. Dirty fuel filter. Bad fuel pump, clogged catalytic converter or stopped air filter. These are the most common things. They will all feel exactly the same. Losing power under load. The cat converter can be checked at an exhaust shop. The fuel filter by you, and for the fuel pump, you will either need a fuel pressure test kit or have a pro do a drive uphill with a fuel pressure gauge installed to see if the pressure is holding while the engine is acting up. The air filter can go without saying. At least take a look at it.

Check these out and let us know.

Thanks for the help, I acuallty have NO cat, I checked the fuel pump already ( but I guess it could be the wiring), and I have a clean High flo air filter.

So all that leaves is the Fuel Filter. when I get a chance I'm gunna have to just change it.
The only reason I didn't think it was the fuel filter was cause I already changed it in 2001. And cause I was still able to put the car under a load (aka) going UP THe HILL, But I was goin up in reverse. and I was heavy on the throttle in reverse too, and I got NO stalling?

Well either way I'm changing the fuel filter when I get a chance. I already checked the Injector resistance and checked them for leaking and they seem okay as far as I can tell.

Like Total said it could shut off at times because of a leaking EGR. I have never had this problem but I know a lot of people that have taken off the EGR will develop leaks and the car will stall out. Could hurt to check it, its easy to get to.

Wow well it was either that or the spark plugs cause I put new gaskets on the EGR block plates and a set of new NGK plugs in it, and its fine now!!! NO MORE STALLING or fuel cut off. BUT as I WAS TEST DRIVING IT THE STUPID WATER OUTLET PIPE POPPED OUT AND STARTED LEAKING COOLANT EVERYWHERE :( The coolant was coming out COLD?? does that mean the water pump is bad? I see the rubber O-ring sticking out around the pipe and its loose. What holds that pipe in place? Its the hard lower coolant pipe thats down by the AC compressor. is that hard to reapir, and do I have to do the water pump too?
