Resistor Pack

Hey, I hooked the resistor pack up to the cut injector wire like in the diagram, but it causes the idle of my car to shoot straight up to 3000 and stay there, what could be causing this? If it is disconnected the car idles at 1200

sounds like you tapped the wire for the tps sensor,since the tps is just a variable resistor anyways.

resistor pack or box? mine does the smae thing, or did. are you using a safc or a fuel management system?

Sounds like you tapped the wrong wire somewhere.

Turns out one of the injectors was wired wrong
