Which fmu ratio is best for 1g

i have a 1g with nt ecu. i will run 5-8 psi. which ratio fuel pressure riser (fmu) should i use. theres 8:1 10:1 12:1 . there are also lower ratios but i can't find any besides the fully adjustable sfmu with 4:1 which is out of my price range.

8:1 at 8 psi is 64 added psi to the stock pressure. is that too much. i need to dig up my closet for my dsm shop manual cd.

i used a 12:1 on my 2g and it worked fine. i ran 5 psi. i hear that a 12:1 fmu will support up to 10 psi before stuff goes bad.
