looking to find a few parts for a gs buildup

ok ive been looking pretty hard for some things i need for my cousins car and have came up short.

right now its getting the howell master 420 top and bottom end rebuild and will come in the mail tomorrow finally.

i still need(unless it comes with the kit but doesnt say)
-ARP head studs
-poly/prothane motor mounts(the mount+insert, not just the inserts, i bent one pulling the motor cause i couldnt see it, its done for)

then we will be buying the star stage2 kit. i still need
-SAFC2 wiring diagram/install procedure for a gs/rs
-place to find bigger injectors for a gs/rs that dont need to use the turbo resistor box
-any knowledge on using pocketlogger or any other palm logger with a gs/rs so i can tune without going to a dyno.

btw dont mention MSnS cause its way too much work for a car that isnt mine and needs to run by june.



if anyone has links to any of the above parts that would help me out immensly. thank you in advance.
 
i was under the impression that with the star/hahn kits you would not need to get the missing link, because they alreay come with their own fmu. unless im totally wrong.

and you gave the link to the 1g pocketlogger. i need to know if the 2g(obdII) software and cable will work for a n/t, because i already have a obd2 pocketlogger setup.

and it would also help if i could get a ecu pinout diagram to go with the first link, they just give colors.

the hahn/star kits come with a voltage clamp fcd... a fmu is a totally different thing. use the 2gnt link, you dont need pin readouts, the wire colors willl work just fine.
 
goddamn it howell forgot to send out the eagle rods in with the whole master performance 420a kit, so i will be calling them tomorrow.

looks like the build will have to wait yet another week or until i can get ahold of them and have them send the parts out.
 
so what are the suggested injector sizes for running 15-20psi on the star stage2 kit? i was thinking either the 500 or the 625's.

jesus its gonna be fun putting the engine back in. since we took it out and sent it to get rebuilt he moved the car and cleaned up and basically threw all the parts into a huge box, so now theres a massive wiring harness, bolts, nuts, hoses, etc. all in one box. me hardly ever working with a n/t i dont remember where half the shit goes or how it looked, so itll be fun getting it running again.

the plan is to get the engine put together and dropped in and running, so he can break it in before we put the turbo kit on. anyone ever run a car with low comp pistons without boost? im assuming its gonna be slower than piss, but at least itll run and he can get some city driving on it before we add any boost to the combo.

its already slower then piss, this will just make it a little slower ;)
 
i honestly dont know how much hp a turboed gs could make at 15-20psi. i would assume around 300-350. its not my car, its my cousins who isnt really technically inclined. all he wants is to be able to hang with all the other turbo guys when we go to the meets and not feel out of place with a n/t. i want him to be able to kill stangs and camaro's like his cool cousin so he can share kill stories, not losing stories. i think 15-20psi is a good range, i want this motor to last so i dont have to do this shit again, if it was mine id put 25-30 on it and go for 400+hp.

different sites use 10.2 and some use 10.4
Iam use to using 10.4
STILL this is at 80 duty cycle at a higher DC it will flow more

im using 10.5 like Corky Bell says to use. i trust him :)
