Ive been offered a 4g63t engine for 1,800? Do you think this is a good idea, I currently have a 4g64 that is located in a 1997 spyder GS. I might get some friends and we can do the labor together, but im not sure yet. Do you think I should go for it?

k i dont know much about the swap, but i do know that the 4g64 and 4g63 are nearly identical, and that you can mate a 4g63 dohc head to a 4g64. then you have a dohc 2.4L, and then you can use the turbo components from the donor engine, cuz i believe they have the same flanges. im not positive on this stuff but im pretty sure some a lot of the parts are interchangable... just something you could look into... good luck
