How Much Psi On Smic

I have been trying to find out how much psi you can push on the smic that they sell on here will take. How much better will a front mount cool I don't plan on hitting big boost numbers but i like the whole sleeper look so i was wondering is this one a big upgrade over stock. thanks

Oh yeh I forgot to mention that i'm asking this because i plan on doing the conversion to turbo thats why i wanted feedback from people that have done the conversion and maybe took this route or know what this intercooler can handle.
