Redoing Fuel Lines

What would i have to do to change my fuel line setup. Meaning i got a 97 Eclipse RS with a turbo, wanting to move my fuel filter/fpr thats under the rear passenger Quarterpanel and move them up into the engine bay where i want to install a aeromotive or aem fpr soon. What would i need to buy and how would i accomplish this mission.
