NEED HELP!, boost is gone!!

hi, i was driving the other day when all of a sudden my car just stopped boosting, and i tought 'maybe a pipe got loose...' then i check it on my house and everything was on place and was like 'hmmm..' i take it out again and step on it and NO BOOST!! just like if was running non-turbo, and i dont have any idea of what could it be, it was driving fine(the other day i almost beated my brothers twinturbo stealth ) and everything is in its place as i said, also my boost/vaccum gauge wont go to '0', even on full throttle, it stays at -1psi. today when i headed to school i stepped on it and it was like wanting to boost, but then again it got back to -1 psi does anyone have already had this problem or know whatit is or how to fix it??? please help!!

how long have you had the turbo in for, and what kind of turbo is it. Listing all your turbo parts would also help us get to the source cause there are a few things i can think of.

ok, i have had my turbo for 5 months now, it is the star stage II kit with Star Performance Cast Turbo Manifold, Turbonetic t3/t04B Turbo, Turbonetic Delta Wastegate, 2.50" downpipe, In-tank Walbro Fuel Pump, 12:1 boost-indexed fuel pressure regulator, Intake Pipe Air Filter, Chrome Intake Pipe, Chrome Intercooler plumbing, Front mount Spearco intercooler, HKS BY-Pass Valve(i already ordered my graddy type s) and completely stock engine, 8 psi of boost, please let me now what youre thinking
