Help!! how is he missing this?

what the thing right under the top radiator hose? i think its the power steering. am i right?
and why doesn't this guy have one? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...&item=7918809088&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWN:IT when i look at my setup i see alote of stuff in the way that would not alow me to put this turbo in. could u tell me whats going on?

The power steering is located on the other side of the Coolant tank. The only thing i see missing is one of the radiator fans. And there are no worries the turbo will fit. But with the bigger turbos you sometimes need smaller radiator fans.
