alright I hate to rant, but I purchased a turbo kit off of ebay from a guy that said it had 1000 miles on it for $800. He didn't close the auction and now the kit is going for 1075, but he agreed to sell it to me before anyone bid on it and I already sent him the money. Haven't heard from the bastard for 2 days now and he already received my money as it was confirmed by western union. I am so pissed, he better send that damn turbo kit. To make matters worse I bought a urethane blitx body kit off of ebay and when I got it it was a piece of shit, warped and the body shop said it would take forever to fill in the dimple holes everywhere and straighten it out. SO i bought another kit and that son of a bi*** said he didn't get my money yet that was confirmed for delivery. I checked with usps and they said they tried to deliver the money order (sent priority mail with confirmation) on April 29th. He's checking on that today though. But as of now I'm out over $1800.

I'm sick of this shit, screw ebay, screw buying shit to save a buck. just learn from my lesson and even though it cost more to buy from stores of proper merchandise sellers, at least there is a guarentee with that. dame 1800 large ones, pisses me off. I could've got a lot of other parts for that!

anybody want to make me feel better :(

Ebay is fine. Only if you know what your buying and your not buying rice and popular shit... I look for things that are personal.. like people [arting stuff out, not Body kitz.com and Ricerpipe.comz best mufflers... :barf:

ur not the only one dude, i tired buying a turbo kit off ebay lil over a year ago when i really didnt research turbo kits for DSM's or the seller, i sent him $1600 and sent me a giant paper weight(thats about all that turbo kit was good for  ). It had to be the biggest peice of shit turbo i have ever seen. So the lesson i learned is only buy stuff on ebay when a store is selling it or when the person has well over 100 good feedbacks and they accept paypal(paypal will help you get your money back when you get some peice of shit that wasnt what it was told to be)

thats exactly why i never buy from ebay. i always see people on here saying how they got such great deals off of it, but i just dont trust it. its tempting, but i would rather spend more and get something new. just my .02. and its not like im rich or anything where i can afford new stuff, i am not rich, so i just save up the extra.

Find a local DSM club with a buy/sell section and buy things off there. I only pick up my parts in person now. Live and learn.
