portfuler WTF?

I have all my chit workin but... I had a shit ass battiery in my car and it wouldn't hold a charge so i had to jump the damn thing like 10 times any ways the car ran great before that but since that when i'm driving hard and my wastegate opens and my boost stops climbing my car starts chugging like when some handycap just learns to drive a stick, and the air fule ration jumps to like 21.1, when its norm is about 14.1. is going on? I would have to assume some thing is going on with the portfueler, like maybe the memory died or i fried it while jumpin it. anyone got any ideas?

Ideal is more around 12:1, around 11:1 for power but risking lean conditions.

??? 11 parts air to 1 part fuel (11:1) means there is more fuel per unit of air/fuel charge, compared to 12:1 or 14:1.
