Oil + tranny fluid

What oil and Tranny fluid does everyone use? Im just wondering what everyone thinks will be the best for our NT's?

ONLY USE THE STOCK TRANS FLUID if you are a manual. If you are atx I'm not sure. If your manual though use only the dealer fluid. As for oil it depends on what you want I use Mobil 1 synth.

k thanks, should i be able to pick that up at the dealer? or will they make me make them put it in for me?
