420A manual transmission removal help

I'm about to tackle for the first time an transmission replacement on my 98 rs. I was wondering if anyone could post or direct me to a step by step removal procedure writeup on this job. never done it and want to make sure I do it right the first time. Also I heard something about having to bench bleed the new slave cylinder ill be putting in. can anyone give me a rundown on that as well? Thanks guys your awesome!
