Advanced timing...Ignition retard...Nitrous??

I have a serious question about advanced timing and nitrous. I am currently running:

AEM CAI
OBX HEADER
OBX 2.5" EXHAUST

I will be adding:
Crane #12 cams
AF/X UDP
AF/X ECU
MP 60MM TB
And NX WET NITROUS KIT

My question is, is with the AF/X Ecu, which advances timing, I was wondering how I would be affected by running nitrous with it. I have heard that you can, and also that you cant. If you can, do you need any type of ignition retard i.e Crane ignition retard controller, or timing retard i.e. cam gears or what? I want to use both, and dont mind needing to use a dyno to tune it, but just need to know what i need to tune if necessary and with what to tune with?

Any help is greatly appreciated
