Well in the world of modding cars, you ususally get what you pay for.
If I were you and was looking into a good sounding rear-section I would buy a Thermal R&D and get some custom piping i.e. 3" etc etc. I have yet to hear a Thermal sound like complete ass and from there its just how big you wanna go on the piping for your setup/application.
Good luck!

im not going much towards more hp or better performance on my exhaust i just want something that sounds a hella lot better then the honda punks around here they all sound like there driving dirtbikes down the street or something is it possible to just get a new muffler and not have to replace the whole exhaust system as i dont think i have the budget for that.

yeah you can just replace the muffler.... you can find them anywhere but since you said you're on a budget you might want to look at ebay. you could get one 50$ shipped. but remember what green95hrcgs said about getting what you paid for

ok i have an arospeed muffler on my eclipse (pics in gallery) and it sounds awesome imo. i get compliments on it all the time and i think its the reason some people actually think my car is fast. anyway, it cost me 180 installed but i brought it at a shop instead of ebay so i payed a little more. it might add a little power because its a better flowing muffler than stock but i got it more for the sound and looks which im guessing you are after

aaaaaaaaaahahahahahah you seriously drive your nt around with no muffler on it? if that's true, and you did it around my house, i'd beat you with a balance shaft.

Heh this one guy at school took his exhaust and cut it off half way, like a 4 inch section out of it. And know he is like my exhaust is the best blah blah when it sounds like sheoot.

well you said you were on a budget so my opinion might be out of the question but then agian you get what you pay for, and that statement is true with any aspect of modding a car. if you want things to come out right pay the extra $$$, if you dont you might find yourself doin it agian. ok enough with that, my .02 cents on this would be to find a trust muffler, trust is the same company as greddy, its just greddy's japanese company, the reason i chose this over the greddy is because you dont see alot of cars with any trust parts on it. i didnt do it because its japanese. but anyways my exhaust is loud enough to set off car alarms in parking lots when i drive by on the street, but never have i had anyone tell me its a high pitch sound, instead every one says its one of the best sounding exhaust they have heard. i also have a highflow cat, along with 3" piping.
