I've searched and searched, but never been able to find an IceMan website. I found an IceMan cold air intake on ebay which i bought, but i need specific instructions for installing it? Can anyone find me their website, scan me some instructions, or just plain type it out?
Any help would be great, thanks.

Heres the closest thing i found for you ;)

Tools/Supplies Needed:
13mm Wrench
10mm Socket
13mm Socket
3/8" Ratchet
4"-6" extension

STEP 1: REMOVE INTAKE SYSTEM
Remove the stock intake setup. Remove the "snorkel" that goes over the engine (on vehicles equipped) Next, remove the two 13mm bolts that hold the filter box, they are located on the back side of the head. Remove the remains of the air box. Remove the vacuum hose from the air box to throttle body pipe. I suggest covering the throttle body to prevent debris from entering it whiles its uncovered.

STEP 2: REMOVE BATTERY
Disconnect the negative battery cable, then the positive. Set the cables out of the way. Remove the battery, and set it on a stable surface. DO NOT SET IT DIRECTLY ONTO THE GROUND, as this will drain it much faster than setting it on a workbench, or in your trunk.

STEP 3: REMOVE STOCK BATTERY TRAY
Remove the temperature sensor from the bottom of the battery tray. Its located on the "front" of the battery tray, closest to the drivers side headlight. It simple screws in to place. Unclip the power distribution box from the back side of the tray. There is a small tube running from the radiator support to the bottom of the battery tray, remove this piece and throw it in the nearest trash can. Remove the 3 13mm bolts holding the tray in place, and remove it.

STEP 4: INSTALL ICEMAN BATTERY TRAY
Before installing the new battery tray be sure to test fit it, mine went in fine, but others have to do slight modifications to the tray itself to work. Installed the new tray the reverse of how you pulled the stock unit out. Install the 3 screws holding it in. Install the temperature sensor in the hole located on the front of the tray. Clip the power distribution block back onto the rear section of the tray. Place the battery back in and clamp it down.

STEP 5: INSTALL INTAKE TUBE
Take the small black piece of silicone hose supplied with the kit, place it over the throttle body lip, using the supplied hose clamp, clamp it into place, making sure the bolt for the clamp is facing towards the front of the car. Place the small end of the tube into the piece of silicone hose you just clamped to the throttle body, don't not forgetting to place the hose clamp in place first, but do not tighten the clamp yet. Mount the "L" shaped bracket supplied with the kit in place, and then to the tube. Some modifying may be needed. Use the supplied vacuum hose and run it from the plug on the iceman to the appropriate place on the engine. Make sure all your brackets mounting points are lined up, and everything fits, when you are sure it does tighten the hose clamp on the throttle body end of the intake tube.

STEP 6: INSTALLING FILTER
Installing the supplied K&N Air Filter is simple, take the final hose clamp (the large one) and place it on the open end of the filter. Climb under the car, and push the filter onto the tube, then tighten the hose clamp and you are done. Double check to make sure everything fits good and there is no rubbing that can cause damage to your parts. Drive the car around, check for rattles, or other weird noises. When you get home, check again to make sure nothing is rubbing. Continually check for the next week or so, things may need some adjusting.
