Hey everybody i would want to be runnin 13s ~ 14s at the track

i have a 98 mitsubishi eclipse non turbo gs... with the 420a Engine

the mods i have done are these

My Mods:

Cold Air Iceman Intake
Ractive filter
greddy evo full exhaust system with a test pipe
greddy 4-2-1 headers
8.25 fidanza flywheel
stage 2 non modular spec clutch
custom short shifter

Suspension and tire mods:

DropZone Springs
Tokico Illumina's
Yokohama Tires all 4

i think i should be running in the mid 15s

now i need to know if i will run safe with , a 50 shot of wet zex nitrous, fidanza cam gears, plus 2 cams 0010 Street Performance Range Idle to 6500 RPM's Intake Duration 242@006 Lift .354 inch Exhaust Duration [email protected] Lift .354 inch... from crane... its pretty much confusing i would just want to know what you guys think i will run? i wont pull high 13s right?

ok i think times depend more on the driver then they do on the mods but you need the latter before the first can really shine. with those mods done, im sure you could hit 14's. a friend of mine thats on this board has less mods then that but has a 50 shot and is runnin mid 14's so those at least are possible. i think 13's are pushin it unless you had a rebuilt bottom end and were hittin say 75 shots. i could be wrong tho:dsm:

whawt about a star stage 2 turbo ... with the mods i have i know i have to get rid of the cai and header
 
ok, first...unless greddy came out with a new header thats 4-2-1, then its either a 4-1 or not a real greddy...next you can run up to a 75shot wet kit on the stock 420a bottom...will it last long? no....will you hit low 14s? no...the average times for a 75shot are from 14.5-14.9....you'd be faster and better off if you went ahead and did a turbo kit...get the star..much better turbo and makes a lot more power than the HRC 16g...as far as the cams go...forget the #10..too close to stock lift to make any real power difference, go instead for the 12 or 14's...the 12's are nitrous lift- .364, and the 14's are turbo grind, with a lower lift exhaust cam to prevent reverberation, which can hurt turbo performance...personally i have the #12's and have had great results with them...with my mods-star stage2, 2.5" turboback exhaust, cams cam gears and UDP i ran a [email protected] when it was 93 degrees outside..the next fastest eclipse that day was a GSX running 15.3's....so on a cool day i could have easily run 14.1-2.....
