Ok here it is, i have a 92 plymouth laser rs non turbo or awd. Well i took the air can off and rigged it so the air filter can stay in one place. i took the MAF or MAP sensor, what ever the sensor is that has the honey comb thing in it, also i took the silencer out. It runs just find and even better than it did before, but will this hurt my engine and is it considered cold air intake now? What is considered cold air intake?

The cold air intakes drop down and below the engine so it isnt considered a cold air yet, about hurting your engine as long as you didnt take out the the larger honeycomb every thing should be good and if you did your car would run like crap.

I took the whole maf sensor out and unpluged it so it doesnt effect the car that much. It seems to run better, so do you think i might be hurting the engine. how could i make it cold air, does anyone know? about the honeycomb there was only one and it is out as well.
