on a N/a car i doubt its worth much power over just dropping in a Kn filter

So I should lean over to the Short Ram then?

thanks

buy a Ractive cold air pipe, and put a K&N cone on the end of it. You wil notice a slight increase in your high range rpm's...plus it will sound sweet.

the ractive CAI pipe is pretty affordable...make that VERY affordable.

go with the ractive cai, i got it, made a bigger difference than i thought. and yes it makes a sweet deep sound. all it is is ractive piping with a k&n air filter on the end. i spent like $90.00 for it.

Is it hard to install a ractive cai? can u tell me step by step how to? I love ractive I had a short ram for my old Mirage and the deep sound was tight. As long as the cai makes the same noise it's kool.

thanks

I can not beleive that i just read on an NA i doubt it will make a difference ? Come on now, jesus that is like saying i doubt good tires would help traction. Sorry but that just drives me crazy.

I just bought the AEM CAI and the thing is great had the short ram but the cold air seems to work a little better. Every little bit helps so go for it, but the aem is expensive.

i'm missin a couple pieces to my iceman cai before i can install it. can i use the factory rubber tube that leads to the throttle body for the kit or do i need to find a new one? does iceman have a website?

are you talking the little pipe that goes to the valve cover or the throttle body, i never had a hose go from my stock intake tro the throttle body, just the valve cover. If its the valve cover hose then cap it at the intake and put a breather filter in the inlet on the valve cover side.
