Hi,..the N/T on my 93 laser wore out, and a rebuild is not possible says the machine shop,..a rebuilt long-block is 4000$ CDN here so i think i am just gonna get a different motor.
Do i have to get a 6 bolt to be worry free,...i have a fresh rebuilt head so all i really need is the bottom end.
What cars and years can i swap right in,...can the n/t head be used in the turbo swap,..(besides the cams).
In theory i would buy a low miles engine with the bent valves due to timing belt snap,...
Maybe the turbo swap is signaling me,...
