2g big 16g turbo package? from forced performance

has anybody looked into or bought the 2g big 16G package from forcedperformance.net? it looks like a pretty good deal at 999$ j/ wondering if anybody had it or knew anything about it.... also another question.... if the fuel pump on a car is a Walbro 255lph HP Fuel Pump does that mean the car will only be able to push 255 horespower?

The HP stands for High Pressure. The fuel pump is 255 lph (litres per hour). This will support up to 550 horsepower
