Its a complete bottom end dude.
It comes with everything you need i think except gaskets.

Howell sells the block with it already assembled.
They also sell the kit that has all the parts and not all of them in a block.

Go surf their site and find out.

i did hear some bad stories about the built bottom if you can do it or know someone and trust to rebuild your block maybe you're better off that way
the rebuild kit is 1100
and thew block 2600 or something like that

exactly what he said. just build your bottom end the with rebuild kit. once you do, you can run 10 psi safely. on stock bottom, 8 is ####hing. i'm going to stick with 5 on mine until i rebuild.
later

I haven't heard any good or bad comments on RPM extreme. Anyone have any inputo on the. They are cheap as hell too.

He should be able to run more than 10psi with a rebuilt block. Just may need a few more minor things. Like valve springs and retainers.

You don't need to touch the head until way later than 10psi. You don't have to touch the springs or retainers unless you can magicly rev higher than the stock redline. The 2600 is for the stroker kit which you can't buy in a kit form. It's about 6 of one and half a dozen of the other as far as who does the rebuild. I'm guessing that you don't have all the necessary tools to rebuild a motor. Well what your going to do is do the math, you have 3 options. 1. buy the tools you will need to rebuild it your self, then get the block preped by the machene shop. 2. Have the shop prep the block and assemble the motor for you. 3. skip it all and buy a prebuilt short block and have less downtime. It's going to take a while to do yourself or have a shop do. My car is my daily driver and I wanted a 2.2L anyway, so I went with howell. The block is a work of frickin art people. As far as RPM goes I have only known 1 person to use them and he had no problems. I don't really know what to tell you, you know how much downtime u can afford and once you do the math we talked about you will have your answer.
