What has to be removed to replace the IACV?

After it warms up, my 99 N/A has been stalling when I let my foot off the gas, then when I restart it, it doesn't keep an idle, it just starts, and stalls. I removed the vaccum line that's on the throttle body, and when I did that, the car didn't stall, and it idled smoothly(it was idling like crap) so I'm fairly sure that my IACV is bad.

Back side of the throttle body, facing the firewall. It is easier to access it if the throttle body is removed as opposed to on vehicle service. Additionally, the small M5x0.8 fasteners are easy to strip and break. Take caution when removing them.
