well their is a couple simple things u can do. The best thing would be to run engine prolong treatment in your motor. idk if u can get it around their ### here it can be kinda hard to find. It will will help reduce friction and it has additives to help fix any wear in the cilynder walls. The next best thing would be to run a seafoam treatment witch will help clean up gunk and carbon deposits.

Check your belts too. Sometimes a belt can strip a little and that peice could be hitting your engine. I had a tick and it ended up being my AC belt....cut it off and no more noise lol. It may not be the case...but its worth a shot.

Vanquish: You can also add it to your gasoline, let engine vacuum draw it directly into the intake path, and pour it directly into the combustion chambers.

Seafoam is meant to only be used in the oil for <100 miles and then changed out again. What would be the point in cleaning all the carbon/deposits off of your pistons, rods, and cleaning out the head if you just leave the oil in there to have that stuff floating around again.

Change your oil within 100 miles if using Seafoam in your oil.

The round black thing that your brake fluid canister sits in front of is your brake booster. There is a rubber hose that goes from it to your intake manifold. They are saying to use that hose.
