I found a thread which illustrates how the mbc, bov, and wg get hooked up but it shows the line to bov and mbc going thru a T into somethin labeled as a "j pipe".
I know this is gonna get laughs but what is a j pipe? i assumed it was the part of the turbo that connects to the IC lines.
BTW i have a dual port actuator, how would that get hooked up?
thanks for the help, engine is getting dropped in on saturday:hellyeah:

I'm assuming your gtting a turbo motor installed... have you gotten the fuel mods on there yet to support it?

yes. 12:1 fmu, and walbro 255 pump already installed. Have the manifoldand tubo mounted, oil return and feed lines ran. its lookin really good. droppin the engine saturday then running the IC pipes just need a clear idea of how to hook up the mbc,bov and wg actuator

OP, you're going to have to clairfy what you're doing. I doubt you're putting a 4g63 into a 2gnt. However, I could be wrong.
On top of that, you said you installed a 12:1 fmu, which is used to turbo the 420a engine, normally.
Perhaps you should also post a link to the thread you're referring to, so that we can see this picture.

I can tell you how to hook up those items, though.
The BOV just needs to tap into the intake manifold. It's normally not teed, because some people have said it can cause issues.
There's a port on your wastegate, it'll be on the side. You need a line going from that to your Manual boost controller. To know exactly which port, you'll have to use your instructions. (However, I believe mine is connected to the side port, not the bottom) Then obviously, take the other port and run a line from there (on the MBC) and run it to the port on your compressor housing.

thanks, thats what i was thinkin too. Im turboing a 420a btw. And also i have a dual port INTERNAL wastegate. im not sure which port to use. the turbo itself didnt come with any instructions for the internal wg.

This is usually how it's done with an MBC:

Otherwise, just connect your vacuum/boost line to the lower port, near the actuator's arm.

not trying to sound like an ass but the motor or his fuel set up has nothing to do with his question. Why is it hard to just answer peoples questions? Yes i'm new DSM but when someone asks a question why do people go off on there own and state things that have nothing to do with the question at hand????
