Hello,

I was wondering how much of a difference a brand name cold air intake system makes over a no-name system. I see on ebay cold air intake systems going for under $100, and then AEM's going for a fair bit more. Is there a large difference, and is it worth spending the extra cash for an AEM.

Thanks

Andrew

i was talking to someone who sells both the AEM and one of the cheaper ones....he said that the AEM will give a little more power, but it isnt going to be as noticable unless you have a turbo in your car.

Price is a huge factor though since in canada an AEM with a bypass valve is like $450 and a cheap one with the valve is $180...something to think about...
