mu timming belt broke idle and i didnt start the engine again , is it posible to search for bent valvules?

First of all work on your spelling please, if your timing belt broke chances are you have some bent valves.

yes i have 2 intake lifters loose

Chances are there bent, there are 16 valves something is probably bent.

Yes, the 420a is an interference engine, it was a good call to not try to start the engine with the belt broken.

yup i just got the head out today and 4 valvules are bent :S
