95 talon wont start help me please!!!!!

I just bought a 95 eagle talon 420 motor ( i owned about 10 dsm turbos) so this is new to me , anywyas i bought it with teh timing belt needing to be replaced so i did all the timing up tonight put stuff back on that was off but i tried to start it and no go. things i checked for no fire to plugs, no fire to coil no fire to cam sensor, no fire to injectors, did hear fuel pump turn on once check engine light comes on then goes back off. Would you guys say its the ecu or what else would it be i also checked all fuses and there all good too. Thanks if u can help!

Are you saying that the cam sensor is not receiving power from the ECU?

we just looked on the back of the block and there was the crank sensor hanging someone broke it off so we are going to get a new one and try it later!!
