Okay I have a 420a Eclipse with turbo, and when I accelerate about half throttle and SLOWLY build 5-6psi the car seems to stutter or stall for a split second and then it GOES....But If I am at WOT it doesn't do that. I checked for boost leakes and vacum leaks.
It doesn't do this all the time just ocasionally at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle, especially If I slowly decelerate and drop boost pressure closing my throttle. If I let off the throttle fast, the BOV opens and it doesn't stutter like that. Could that be the pressure blowing back in the turbo causing the car to dip out like that?

I do have a Missing link....and I dont have any check engine lights on

seeing as how you have a missing link I think you might be talking about the stutter you get from vacuum to boost transition? You need the newer model missing link with the filter to avoid a stall during vacuum to boost transition.

You can also try packing some cotton, or a cigarette filter in there.

Or, just get an FCD already!

I have the one with the cotton filter in it!

I have been driving the car today and it hasnt done it yet.
But it does feel like it happens at the point when I am going from boost to vacuum.
So you think a FCD would solve this problem?

yes it should fix it. if you do go with an FCD go with a homemade one they work the best!
ask paul about one.
