so where did all you guys get your ss oil lines from? i see some on ebay but i dont know if they will fit the back of the block where i have a 3/8" compression male adapter for the feed line. do they make adapters for 3/8" to whatever size the ss oil lines are? im using stupid cheap dishwasher hose now and it keeps breaking every other day now. (if this helps, i have a 14b turbo with the inlet as 10mm and a 1.25 pitch.)

also, has anyone had any problems with using heater hose for the return? mine leaks a little but i mean the hose breaking because of the extreme heat put off my the hot oil and turbo?

that dishwasher hose is not made for hot fast oil running through it. where i live there is a shop called lake county hose and clamps and they make them therein fact i just had a new one made because my other one touched my down pipe and burned a hole in it. just try and go to a mechanics shop and ask them if they know where to get stuff like that made. as for the heater hose what size are you using? im using 3/4 inch heater hose and its working fine. make sure the return line is pretty big "5/8-3/4"

Get in touch with Paul..99gst_racer. I'll let him know you'll be PMing him. He's where I got all my oil supplies from. I can't remember the link, but I'm sure he'll have it to get the piece you can screw into the turbo, with the male -4an end for the oil line. So you don't have to go the Banjo bolt route.

yeah im using 3/4" for my return as well. how did you connect it to the oil pan? i got the return metal part off of a 1g and screwed that into my oil pan. leaks pretty bad.

i cant find anywhere that carries ss lines!everywhere i go they tell me to look at this store; so i go, and no bueno every time! so i have to order it online. could i get this to go on the end of a simple ss line with no connectors...http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=EAR-9919BFCERL&N=500+115&autoview=sku . if that doesnt work, what will?

ive alrady asked paul if he sells them anymore and he says no so im sol there. i ran boost for the past day and i dont want to be out of a car again...especally after feeling what my car is capable of now.

Get a fitting braized to your oil pan. Or get an o2 bung and have it welded to the pan and find a fitting that will screw into that. If the thing leaks right no, by no means drive the car. Same thing happened to me, I ghetto rigged the return flange on the pan, drove and loved it, then found a puddle of oil. It was so hard to see her sit for a few days after that, but I knew if it didn't it would end up sitting for alot longer.

That is the correct fitting. I remember from the incredibly high price :p.

That sucks Paul doesn't sell them anymore. I just found this on Ebay, but there isn't much time left on it. Not to mention, you'll need alittle more.

Does anyone know which one of these flanges will fit my 20G? If so, what are the differences here? The bolt pattern 1.5" apart fits mine as well, but I'm confused as to why these two are different. Also, would I need a oil flange for the feed also? Or would it work without the flange and direct screw-in?

^^^^^^^^^^^^That says it fits the 16G from hahn or mitsu, so I'm assuming it will fit the 20G also?

Lastly, it looks like this turbo may be water cooled too, which is new to me. How would the set-up for coolant to run through this thing work? I have NO IDEA how to hook up water lines.... Maybe run it from the radiator... ??

LOOKS like a hahn 20g to me which would be a t3 flange. t3 flanges are everywhere.

why would you by that flange for your return line? then you have to buy another fitting to screw in to it. just buy the fitting i posted and screww the ss line directly to it:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Funct...spagenameZWDVW.

yes you run your coolant lines from the radiator.

and you USE the fitting that was also posted above for the feed line. you wont use a flange on iT: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Well I NEED these flanges because I don't have a threaded outlet for the return line. So how am I suppose to connect my -10AN line if there is no threads for it to connect?

Crazy- Pics would work great. Please let me know if you can find where the water feed is on the turbo pics I posted above... I'm guessing its the part that almost look like a bung is sticking out. The feed would be the smaller hold, and the return has a bigger hole with the 2 bolts symmetrically placed 1 above and 1 below the larger opening (return?) <---- which would explain the flanges I needed as stated above... This larger hole has no threads for direct connecting onto the line... So to create threads, the flange would be the a substitute... make any sense? I hope so, because I'm more confused then I sound..

so your satying your return hose is not threaded correct? meaning you have a rubber return line. if so then ignore my previous statment on the return flange.

heres water lines SORRY CRAZY! for the misinformation.

i dont mean to bring this thread back from the dead but i need help. i want my car running (without me having to push it into my garage) the guy from www.turbo-supply.com totally tricked me. i ordered the part and it said it was instock. so i email him and he's freaking out of them! anyways, i already have http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku for my turbo fitting and i have 3/8 compression on the other side from my block and was wondering what i would need to get the 3/8 male end onto this http://store.summitracing.com/partd...=RUS-632010&N=700+4294906652+115&autoview=sku do i need anything to go from that line to my turbo adapter? thanks in advance
