How fast are the hondas del sol?? there is this guy that wants to race me he drives a honda del sol, I belive he has an intake,headers, and exhaust. All I have know is the intake and the exhaust.. so what do you think guys???

I think you should race him, even if you lose its still fun, after all theres only one way to find out if he can beat you, I just know that the Del Sols are pretty light, from what I remember of driving them anyway, as much of an impression as you can form in five minutes of driving one anyway(used to work at an auto auction so I have driven just about everything)

find out if its an si or not. if it is then you're in big trouble with only your 420a at your side. the old si's had the same b16 vtec making 160hp that the 99 si's had, but the engine was only pulling that tiny ass del sol around. expect very low 15's to high 14's if he can drive it well.

if its not the del sol si then it should be a decent race.

A buddy of mine used to have a DelSol with the B16 and an AEM CAI and we used to race each other at the track. I had an AEM CAI and an exhuast and he would beat me out every time. I think his best time was a 15.8 and mine was a 16.2.
