1995 Ecu's..?

Hey, I am trying to figure out if a May 1994 build date ECU out of a 1995 Eclipse GS 5 speed will work in a September 1994 build date Eclipse RS? Everytime I tried to search it would come up with a different awnser. So far people seem to say it WONT work because the fuel system had some changes.

Well personaly I would think it would work because, I thought all 95's were OBD1 and the fuel system and ECU changes occured in mid 96 motors. So I guess it would depend on when they started making the new ECU's for the mid 96+ RS and GS's?

All 2G's are OBDII.

Do you have access to this ECU to plug it in and give it a shot? What harm could it do?

Oddly enough, I think I was born in Parma. Weird.

No I do not, I am parting out my 95 2G, and someone wants my ECU.
