eugene,
i am curious of how much including parts and labor it cost to build up the engine for a 2g non turbo, meaning just the engine, i jjust had mine built just curious, because all of my parts were custom fitted and made, we couldnt find much for the engine, but its good no.

I know your a mod and all but why do all of the turbo guys feel the need to answer questions in the non turbo performance threads?

just tell him to buy a GST or GSX right?

Are you wanting to build an N/A monster or build your NA engine to handle 15 psi???

Cucumber used to have a nice GS with NOS so he is allowed here LOL :)

I am building a very high hp engine, for now it will be n/a and be adding nos very soon, and then see where it goes. Then in the summer i will be going turbo. So all my work will be worth it, for a high hp engine going turbo or not, its best to reinforce the engine first. The engine wont be tuned toward n/a for now, so when i go turbo i wont have to change much with the build, it will be geared more on the safe side so it will be able to handle the turbo in a while, or maybe i will just build the hell out of it and try for the fastest n/a 2nd gen. By the way what is the fastest n/a 2nd gen and does it run nos.

and 2Gs with no real mods runs high 15s low 16s.

I plan on going turbo when money allows but thats not gonna stop me from enjoying my car right now.

I have no problem with turbo guys posting relevant useful info in non turbo threads..... "alot for minimal gains" sounds a bit vague eh? If he said something like "4 grand for 100 HP or you can get an after market turbo kit for less and get equal or better performance" then Id be sound as a pound
