Instead of replying to 2-3 emails a day asking about custom turbo kits. Here is a low down on a very budget kit. A lot of people think this can be done for $500 (the cost of a turbo and bov) so this will show you about the minimum you should expect to pay. Here is a cheap setup that isn't too difficult.

T3 turbo - best to get the big housing since it isn't too much more. $150-250
Custom manifold - can be made by an asog member for $250
custom downpipe - I was quoted between $80-250 depending on place, size, and difficulty
Boost dependant fuel pressure riser - regular fmu or sfmu $75-275
Accell in-line fuel pump - $50-150
Fuel cut defender - missing link works $55
Blow-off valve - 1g, hks standard, lots can be found under $100
Gaskets - manifold, turbo, etc. $40
Flanges - downpipe, exh housing flange, etc. $25
Gauges - egt, fuel, boost - $175
Intercooler - 1g or MKIV works great for under $120
Piping - either press bent or buy mandrel bent from jcwhitney and piece together with couplers $120
Oil line/fittings - I used SS lines so about $100 total

I always miss something. If anyone would like to add or comment go for it. This is a cheap setup that someone could easily do :)

Questions?

only if you push enough boost that the stock injectors cant handle it.
I believe this is for getting a turbo on your car, not getting the most of a T3 on your car =)

ALso, the STAR STage II kit uses a T3 with a FMIC and doesnt include bigger injectors

Star uses the T3/T4 60/60 I believe.

Stock inectors will work to about 7 psi. After that you will be running them too close to 100% duty cycle.

Ford 30lb injectors can be found for under $100. Add that to the list.

that's what i thought. so bacically you do need bigger injectors, i mean who with a new turbo setup wants to run at a restricted 7psi.... not me give me 2 or 3 days and i'll be pushing for 12 to 16
