funny tb. what do i do?

ok i got this tb from a fuy off ebay and he said it was for 95-99 eclipse. reason i got it was to send it off to get bored to 56mm with no down time. so i took it to my car to compare and the part you hook the throttle wire on is on the top instead of the bottom like on my car. is this a problem? or will my wire just wrap around an extra half turn.

just that one i can't figure out how to change the size of the ones i take with my digital cam. and this site won't let me post um. the thing i am talking about is on the left of the tb in that pic it is where you attach the wire from the gad peddel. the one on my car is on the bottom of the lever and the one on this tb is on top of the lever.

it looks like a jeep tb.when you do the jeep tb mod. the iac motor goes to the top instead of the bottom.you could check out the thread artticle and see if its that one theres lots of pics tom look at it there,or you could take more pics,or you could go to the local chrysler dealer and see if they know what its from.
