Ok, i know most dont like talkin about droppin a new engine, a turbo engine, but i was wanting to know what will i need to drop a gst engine in my 2.0 nt car.
My uncle as agreed to deal with what ever is needed. But I need help from the pros like yall on dsmtuners.

i unserstand that, but it seems to not support the hp, and psi i wish to obtain.I want about 20 psi like my friend joey who happens to have a 425 hp talon.:thumb:

i have the money to drop the engine.

if they come up with a plan that will allow me to have at least 10-12 psi. that doesnt cost an arm and a leg with my stock turbo then let me know.
 
find out what parts in a 4g63 nt and 4g63 t are different and swap those out, i know the compression is different and i think the pistons in general are different. So if you could take care of what's different, add the turbo manifold, intercooler, oil lines, exhaust, cams, etc. from a turbo car you should be able to keep your engine and do a swap with all the other parts for a very reasonable price, even if you order the OEM replacement parts from a dealer or something you should still find good prices and you'll get new parts. Before though you could find out what parts aren't really that good (the 1g turbo owners will let you know) and get good aftermarket ones ie. Upper intercooler pipe. Then you would have the aftermarket stuff already to go and easy to install while you have the engine ripped apart and it all would make for a pretty good and relatively inexpensive project.
 
Hey, just run a thicker head gasket, bring that compression lower so you can run higher boost. If that doesn't satisfy you, buy a 1.3K JDM Exchange Turbo 4G63 engine, and drop it in. Change some stuff on your Wiring Harness, like add a Knock sensor, and its fuel regulator is different I believe. You will have to switch things around, but it can and will work. I would expect paying atleast 2k after the setup is done, since you have to run a different down pipe since your O2 housing won't bolt up right to a NT.
