If you are not "adding any more air" to the car simply putting bigger injectors will not increase your HP. Adding boost on ( turbo vehicles) and precisely adding additional fuel (with bigger injectors etc) will increase HP.
 
If you got more air into the car the 450cc could help, but you would need an afc to tune it correctly. That and its still tough to get the needed extra air flow on an nt. Alone it does not increase hp though.
