2g MAS on 1g?

what benefits are there too having a 2G MAS on a 1G Non-turbo? More air-flow or what? If I get one, do I need to find a AFC to tune the engine or not?

Your better bet is to get a dsm translator and gm maf and run that instead. I've got one, and oh boy!. Plus, you can do fuel tuning. A bit more expensive, but it's well worth it. The more air you bring in the better. Opening up the airflow by getting rid of that dinky 1g MAS does help your car's performance. My GM MAF was the best thing I could've ever done to my n/a vehicle.
