ebay intakes?

Does anyone buy those nt air intakes from ebay, they all seem to come with a filter that wont fit and no coupler for the maf to intake pipe, I was going to get one for the pipe and get another 90 degree bend to make a cai like mikes but them i need another coupler too so I figure to hell with it, I'll use one for another car. Anyone ever buy one of those ebay ones? What did you do?

i did but iwas for my 95 eagle it came with everything no problems here. but the filter suck probably so im getting a k&N filter to put on the ebay pipe

You might as well, because that's $30 or so compared to 180 for a weapon R or AEM. Guess what that extra 150 bucks gets you with the name brand intakes? A nice little sticker to put on the pipe . I learned that the hard way unfortunately. Those couplers can be bought from most auto supply store's, and I would just get a real K&N filter for $45.

An intake is an intake...they are all piping with a filter at the end. Some may have better filters, just go out and buy a new filter
