head work

Does anyone know of anyplace within reasonable distance of the Cincinnati, Ohio area that will do head work (i.e. port and polish) on my car? I don't know if normal mechanics do it or not, thats why I'm asking. Thanks.

I was looking for something a bit more close. Does anyone know roughly what it would cost? Or how much just porting my intake manifold and throttle body would cost?
