Time for new spark plugs, which kind?

hey, its getting to be that time where i need some new spark plugs and was wondering what kind would be most beneficial for my 1996 non-turbo. I've heard NGK is pretty good, but im not sure. kind of lost. Any help would be great. Thanks

Dont buy zex plugs without nitrous or turbo, for stock or all-motor go with ngk.
