pullet installed today

hey got my afx underdrive pulley installed today. i def. noticed a difference and highly reccomend it. anyways thats prob. my last performance mod besides a plug and wire upgrade until feb. or march when i get my turbo kit installed.

little low, more high though. taken it out again later will know more after. all ive done is drive home with it.

i am looking to gain more on the low side, do not need anymore high end right now, let me know though, please before i waste money.

def. get it man i took my car out again on the highway and def. noticed a low end gain while getting on the on ramp, the high end too but that could be my fairly new exhaust set up. high flow cat, 2.5 in. piping from cat to muffler with resonator taken out 3 in. straight through bullet muffler. that def. set me up for a high end gain.


by the way eclipse96gs how do u like those denso iridium plugs and 8.5 mm magnecore wire? i just ordered the same exact thing for my car off of machv tonight about a half hour ago. you notice any difference after putting in the new plugs and wires??

this mod will make a power difference in the entire rpm range. The piece it replaces is pretty damn heavy compared to the 3-4lb unit AFX makes. It is a good mod, and can even be used after you go turbo unlike intakes.

yeah those plugs and wires are very nice, i have been using the denso plugs for 30,000 miles and have been great since i put them in, just deceided to re-place them, very nice throttle response.

My shop said that they needed something to hold the pulley down like to make it stay, what do you guys think it is did your pulleys come with anything else besides the pulley
