At least the 95 and 96 years....ive driven both in exess of 129 mph

i got my stock 99 n/t gclipse up to 130 racing a 5.0 gt stang , , blew the accessory belt while i was at it

ya dude the 99 NT's dont have governors. i took mine to 120 completly stock, and ive gotten it to 125 with and exaust. no governor

yahh the dont! the governer is on the 99 eclipse RS. and yah everyone says they get to 125 but thats it... we just got done with the turbo kit on my brothers RS and we get it to 125 faster thats it... theres this long ass abandoned rode basicly... that no one goes down at all... no trees just crop all around... so we go there either to race or to test out... so seriously.... someone once said and iam not sure but they said that its conected to the reverse gear... iam not to sure on that one....

i could have taken it faster but i ran out of room cause i was coming up on cars. had just shifted into 5th

yeah I have a 95 Eclipse RS and I've taken it to like 145 no problem, when I was still NT my car wouldn't go past 115 just because it was weak I guess. Then again I don't know if the newer eclipses have governors.

Yea some of you guys are prob wondering i hit 102 ~103 in 3rd gear , yea so do i with a 97-99 eclipse computer but those are the precise for a 95 eclipse
