MLS - Multi Layered Steel - You don't want to have to replace it again do you? :p Look up Bob Kise (if he's not in the search here, try 2GNT)

You can run a Crane #0014 cam without the turbo, but to make the most of it you'll have to have a turbo. You should see a little something from it, but they're designed to help with turbo spooling. As for 12 being for nitrous and 10 being for NA, I don't know where you came up with that, but you can use n2o on any cam. I almost think the turbo cam would be better. It has something to do with how fast the spent gasses are removed from teh combustion chamber. Don't forget you can also get cams from Crower for the 420a as well. I'll be dropping in some Crower 3s here in a month or two. They're a little bit nastier than Crane #0018s.

Have fun man.
